With 30 years of experience as a State Farm agent, I’ve built a well-established and respected agency just outside the Pennsylvania metro area, serving customers across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Over the years, I’ve prioritized stability, loyalty, and genuine relationships, resulting in exceptionally low turnover—just 12 hires in 29 years, with several team members staying until retirement.

Today, our close-knit team consists of two dedicated team members who embody the same family-focused values that guide my leadership style. I’m married with three kids, and I lead with kindness, integrity, and respect, fostering a supportive and people-oriented environment.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ed Quintus - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
